At occurrence of vibrations at high speeds of movement it is necessary to check up first of all palpation size карданных shaft.

  2. Attentively examine карданные shaft on presence of deformations and other mechanical damages.
  1. Manually turning a connecting flange of corresponding main transfer, measure size of radial palpation карданного a shaft with the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type.
  1. If the result of measurement leaves for repartitions of an admissible range (Transmissionnaja a line see, Specifications), disconnect a shaft from a flange of the main transfer, turn it on 180 and again connect. Repeat gauging, — at negative results of measurement replace a shaft.
  1. If noise in the central bearing took place, make its replacement.

Check on a workbench


  1. Remove propeller a shaft, lay it in V-shaped blocks and measure size of radial palpation. If the result of measurement exceeds limiting admissible value under Specifications (Transmissionnaja a line see), replace a shaft.
  1. Estimate size люфта in карданном the shaft hinge, — if люфт exceeds admissible value (Transmissionnaja a line see, Specifications), also make shaft replacement.
