4.9. Removal, check of a condition and installation of components клапанного the mechanism

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a camshaft (see more low).
  2. Take a pusher from the landing nest in a head of cylinders, — try to remember adjusting position of components.

The pushers removed from the engine should be stored in the vertical position, contacting with коромыслом a surface upwards! If the given requirement for any reasons cannot be executed, it is necessary to put pushers in an oil bath for the purpose of prevention of hit of air in a cavity of hydraulic jacks клапанных backlashes.


Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Estimate degree of deterioration of pushers, check up them on presence of signs of mechanical damages. By measurement of external diameters of pushers and internal diameters of their landing nests calculate sizes of landing backlashes of components. Make sure that results of calculations correspond to standard requirements (Specifications see).


Installation

Before installation it is necessary to grease pushers with pure impellent oil.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Serially plant pushers in the directing nests in a head of cylinders.

Track, that each pusher was established strictly on the former place!


Camshafts


Identification подшипниковых necks of camshafts and dimensional characteristics for definition of backlashes in bearings

The sizes of necks of a shaft

And = 46.920—46.940 mm
In = 42.420—42.440 mm
With = 47.920—47.940 mm

The sizes of corresponding bearings

And = 47.000—47.025 mm
In = 42.500—42.525 mm
With = 48.000—48.025 mm


Before removal of a belt of drive ГРМ the engine should be resulted in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder, — track correctness of combination of adjusting labels of cogwheels distributive and cranked shaft (Replacement of a belt of drive ГРМ see).


In order to avoid damage of valves and pistons do not turn shaft at the removed belt of drive ГРМ!


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove covers газораспределительного the mechanism (Removal, check of a condition and installation of a head of cylinders see).
  2. Remove a belt of drive ГРМ (Replacement of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
  3. Keeping a camshaft from проворачивания a wrench for лыски, located directly behind a cogwheel, turn out a bolt of fastening of the last.
  4. Remove cogwheels of both camshafts.
  5. Remove a back cover of drive ГРМ.
  1. Remove axis assemblage коромысел and take pushers of valves (see above).
  1. With the help циферблатного a measuring instrument measure size axial люфта both camshafts.
  1. Accurately take a camshaft through the forward party of a head, — try not to scratch подшипниковые a neck. Remove a camshaft epiploon.


Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Attentively examine components on presence of signs of mechanical damages.
  1. Measure height of cams and diameter подшипниковых necks of camshafts (Identification подшипниковых necks of camshafts and dimensional characteristics for definition of backlashes in bearings see an illustration).

  1. Measure diameters of beds under landing of shaft in a head and by calculation define size of oil backlashes (Identification подшипниковых necks of camshafts and dimensional characteristics for definition of backlashes in bearings see an illustration). Compare results of calculations to requirements of Specifications. In case of need make replacement of shaft / of heads of cylinders.
  1. If have not checked up size axial люфта shaft at their removal, establish a shaft in a head and tighten with demanded effort a bolt of a persistent plate, then make necessary measurement.
  1. If the size axial люфта exceeds admissible value (Specifications see), pick up a new persistent plate of the corresponding size. For example, if the size люфта makes 0.08 mm at the established plate № 2, plate replacement on № 3 will lead to reduction люфта to 0.05 mm.
  1. Stacking shaft in V-shaped blocks with the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type define sizes of their radial palpation (address to an illustration 9.9). Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications, in case of need make replacement of shaft.
  1. Estimate a condition of pushers of valves (see above).


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Grease a camshaft epiploon with pure impellent oil.
  2. Fill an epiploon in the landing nest and by means of approaching send запрессуйте it заподлицо with a head surface.

In quality send the replaceable face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter can be used, — оправка should rest only against a rigid face surface of an epiploon!

  1. Grease with pure impellent oil of a surface of cams and подшипниковых necks of a shaft and accurately plant it in a head of cylinders. Establish a persistent plate and a back cover of a head of cylinders, — track, that the shaft has been developed a directing pin upwards.
  1. Make installation of pushers of valves (see above). Temporarily fix pushers in nests a wire, then establish axis assemblage коромысел and in two-three receptions in regular intervals tighten bolts of its fastening.

  1. Establish a back cover of drive ГРМ, — track, that fixing bolts have been tightened with demanded effort.
  2. Establish a camshaft cogwheel, — a carving part and the bottom cut of a head of a fixing bolt before installation grease with impellent oil. Tighten a bolt with demanded effort.

In order to avoid damage of valves and pistons do not turn shaft at the removed belt of drive ГРМ!

  1. Establish газораспределительный a belt (Replacement of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
  2. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, — track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
