10.21. Twisting moment adjustment проворачивания a leading gear wheel of the steering mechanism

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove assemblage of the steering mechanism from the car (Removal and installation of assemblage of the steering mechanism see) and clamp it in a vice with soft sponges.
  2. Disconnect from картера реечной transfers hydraulic lines and merge a working liquid.
  3. Result the steering mechanism in neutral position and make basic marks.
  4. Turn out the adjusting screw, grease its carving part with fixing hermetic, then screw the screw into place and slightly tighten a counternut.
  5. With the help динамометрического a key tighten the adjusting screw with effort of 4.9-5.9 Nanometers, then again ослабьте it and again tighten, — this time with effort of 0.2 Nanometers.
  6. Connect to динамометрическому to a key a special nozzle (KV48100700).
  1. Some times displace рейку for all length of its course, then make twisting moment measurement проворачивания a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the steering mechanism on a corner 180 from neutral position, — consider the maximum registered indication and fix a shaft in this position.
  1. Release the adjusting screw and again tighten it with effort of 4.9-5.9 Nanometers, having weakened then on a corner 10—20 .
  2. Tighten with demanded effort a counternut.
  3. Repeat twisting moment measurement, turning the steering mechanism from an emphasis against the stop. Write down the maximum and average indication of a dynamometer. Average value should make 0.8—1.5 Nanometers, maximum — 0.6 Nanometers.
  4. If any of results falls outside the limits an admissible range, check up effort of sliding рейки (Check of effort of resistance to sliding рейки the steering mechanism see), — in case of need repeat adjustment, or replace the steering mechanism.
